1. To cancel an order, please contact Aimitoy as soon as possible. Email: inquiry@aimitoy.com  with your order number to receive your return authorization. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. 

2. Considering the particularity of our products and the health situation, the products that have been signed will not be returned or replaced.

3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with your quicky resolve the issue.

4. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
